Tonight the choir had their program and it was FANTASTIC.Another miracle was seeing Cada Carter up there preforming. He had a bone marrow transplant this year and is feeling good after a year of being sick. Praise The Lord..His good friends ,Pat and Bob Renfroe were there to see him sing tonight. We loved seeing them.
We are just waiting for the Lord to heal sweet Becky. She has had some good days this week. Alice, her sister told me she had fixed her some pimento and cheese and some egg salad yesterday. Eat up sister Becky. I am thankful for a good visit with her this week. Please continue your prayers for Becky and her family.
I hope your day was blessed. There is nothing better than being at church with Christain friends who you love. Also, my sweet friend Dona had the church decorated so beautiful this year. They did the greening this morning and that was really neat to see the children walking in with the bright red poinsettia's. The Chrismon trees were looking special and I know what a job it is to get our size church decorated. Now, don't tell me you don't have any time to do such things ..My talented friend with four children, living in a rental house with horrible plumbing, and building a house is not too busy to give her time to the Lord! You go Dona!
Loving all of you and Merry Christmas..Twenty three days and counting. The baby Jesus will be in the manger. Robin

Hey you! Got your payment in the mail! Thanks, chica! Happy Blogging!!!!!
Robin, I thought the sanctuary was the mosts beautiful I have ever seen it at Christmas time. Maybe it was the red colored poinsettias. Dona and her crew did a fantastic job. We brought Amber, her mom Mischele and her brother Matthew with us last night. It was fun to hear their comments on how good everything was. I LOVED the bells. Nothing says Christmas time like the ringing bells. Also, those 3 little boys who sang the solo were amazing.
Gotta hit the floor running now. How about coffee next week? We will be in Birmingham until Thursday, so, check your calendar.

I loved being at FBC all day with my christian friends and family. Like my sweet daddy used to say" I ate all this up with a BIG spoon" Every place I sat( first row & balcony) was so special. I was so blessed. Lauren Johnson from my Sunday School class joined the church, I was so excited for Lauren & her sweet family. My youngest grandson's sweet smile in the 5K choir & my loving husband's dedication in the big choir , "just melts me" . I am still remembering those wonderful BELLS! As much as I love to travel and be at our beach house, I can't think of any place I had rather been than FBC yesterday .
God is so good!
Thank you for your sweet words- you are such an encourager! I read Lori's comment- I want to do coffee with ya'll if JC is in town! If I don't do it tonight, remind me to blog about something funny Lucy Ford said about Jesus!
Loving you!
Where have you been? I've finally taken vacation and have somewhat caught up enough to get on the computer and you haven't blogged since Monday! I love Lucy's blog!!Tell her it's so real and precious. Your fan, Kim
