Well, it seems I am off to the beach this morning. I am up packing and trying to think of all that we will need. That can be somewhat overwhelming but just the same I am trying not to get bogged down with this issue. I tend to over think this side of the trip. I pride myself on having whatever anyone in the family might need. I am usually a walking source of Tylenol, Excedrin migraine, and other over the counter medications that will soothe the body and mind. I also need Baby Magic to lotion down the grandchildren . I adore the smell on them and it is one of the grandmother things I love to do.Anyho, I am packing way too much and will end up wearing the same few things the entire time we are there. It's a mama thing to be able to have at your fingertips anything anyone says they need! It just makes me feel good and motherly to say, "Oh,I have that, just a minute"!
Dee and I went to the annual Rotary Auction last night at the rehab. We had a good time sitting with friends Angela, Bruce, and Josh McNeal. Bruce is the president of Rotary this year . We came home with a IPod nano, whatever that is,a gift card to The Cellar, and some Chevron gas cards. We can sure use those with all our travels.
I will try and keep everyone posted on our thanksgiving activities, that is if I can figure out how to use the lap top. Keep reading and Happy Turkey Day to all and we hope for your family many blessing's this year.Loving you..Robin

Mrs. Robin,
My name is Carly Winborne and I'm Brittany's friend who commented that you were my new friend. I love reading your blog - what an inspiration you are to a complete stranger! I hope when I'm a grandmother, I can impart as much wisdom and insight on ordinary moments.
Continue to write and bless others in the process.
Loyally,
Carly
