Hi Robin! I knew the relocation was imminent but seeing it clearly in black and white, and knowing your house is for sale makes it sadly definite. I haven't seen you much but it is always so nice to drive by your Dothan house and know the sweet, precious people who live there. The older I get I really have come to see that God does bring people in and out of your lives in seasons. I think that is the way it is supposed to be. It makes us stronger and pushes us out of our comfort zones being put in different surroundings and forging new relationships. It doesn't mean you love your older friends any less but just that God has new things and new people for you. But let me just say that I would not take ANYTHING for Brent Shaw asking me to spend the weekend at Mitzi Chamber's house with 20+ 6th grade girls back in 1992. The precious relationships begun then have blessed me beyond anything I could have imagined, in addition to connecting me back to FBC in a significant way and at an important time. I love you and I love your family and have absolutely LOVED watching your girls grow into remarkable young women. (I want to say now that when I grow up I want to be like Lucy Henderly!) Thank you, thank you, thank you for allowing me to have a front row seat in your lives for those important years. I am beyond grateful.... Sorry to have gone on so long! Have a Happy New Year. Give our love to Dee.

Oh Robin, it is sadly definite. I know the tides come in and go out, but how sad to see you leave. I will miss your sweet greetings and hugs-you always had the warmest welcomes. I am thankful that we can keep up with you from the Eastern Shore. Many blessings-lots of peace.
