I love to get out all my good stuff..
Why have it if you are going to keep these treasures all locked up and save em ?
Your kids don't want it..They will have a garage sale and let it all go ,so USE it folks..Life is short !!!
I get great pleasure out of ironing cocktail napkins and luncheon napkins..
I love my moms china..It is really thin and pink and real girly...
I love my china..It is bone colored and has green and silver on it. I do love looking at it and using it...
I love the way it feels to drink out of crystal..
It is so glamourous to me..I also like the feel of ironed napkins..
I love to take a tablcloth and use it in a different way..make up someway other than the way it is supposed to be used.
I love to entertain because God gave me this as a gift and I want to use my talents and be a Martha , you know...The girl from the Bible who was real bossy...and told Jesus she was doing all the work...My theory is Mary would have not gotten to listen at JEsus feet if Martha had not been in the kitchen fixing stuff up !!!
I know this is not the lesson Jesus wanted me to get from that story but it is my version, anyho..
Off to do a few more party things cause I love it and I love having people in and all..cause I am a party girl at heart.
Loving you...
Robin

Loved being with you today. It's amazing how caught up we can get with just an hour of face time! Everything looks beautiful. Have fun.
From one Martha to another-I agree-you are the best!!!
Oh, I bet you do throw a fun party!
Where we live now I have never been able to display my fine china. That is one thing I am so looking forward to in the new house. Actually, that was one of the first pieces of furniture I bought...a china cabinet. I love cloth napkins, too. And how true about using your treasures...they are treasures to YOU, and no one else will appreciate or care for them like you.
Hope this party turns out just like you want!
Oh! Happy face! I love a party too! For the record: us daughters do LOVE their mama's pretties. I have great memories of mom and Granny Hannie USING their finest silver, china, and of course the crystal. Have a fabulous party! I haven't used table cloths lately...I need to dig them out. It might mean I have to iron them. We all know what that means to me....
Give us pictures of your "table scape!"
