It's Off to another Wedding

I am headed to yet another wedding today. This one is in Senatobia, Mississippi. It is one of my dearest friends in Hattiesburg son,Jay who is getting married. Shannon and I are childhood friends. We have know and loved one another forever. She is one of the funniest people I know. She raised her three children as a single mom and did the most fantastic job. They are all great people. She is in the process of letting them all leave the nest. Her daughter Leigh is one of my Laurens dearest friends, Kate will marry this summer on my anniversary in June and Jay will marry on Saturday.Dee has talked Jeane Carroll into going with me to the wedding. I think he is fearful I will not find my way and knows Jeane Carroll ,at least has some sense of direction. Anyway, it will be a long haul but we will have a great time and see lots of friends from Hattiesburg.I am a little Leary of our accommodations in this small town ,but we will have to survive without a four star place to stay. Days Inn, it will be for two nights. I guess we will survive. As you see, I am just a little spoiled in this area.
