Well, I told you I was tired but it seems it is a little more than that. I started a deep down under coughing on Friday and have been self medicating all weekend until today when I could hear the rattle in my own chest. I made a quick trip to the doctor this afternoon between washing insurmountable loads of towels and sheets from the weekend. I just have not felt like myself so I knew I was coming down with the CRUDE..The doctor called it sinusitis..I am not sure of his diagnosis because it mentions no rattle in your chest in my online search for a cure. I got a steroid shot, antibiotics, and some serious cough medicine. Needless to say I will NOT be taking care of Brooks and Mary Fuller as planned. The doctor(not my regular doctor) says it is contagious for 24 to 48 hours. I am so sorry I am not there to help Lauren during this time of crisis. IT seems I have missed some big stuff from illness this last two years. I had him look up my last bout which was in March when I missed a wedding of one of my dearest friends daughter. Dee says I don't take good care of myself, but how do you keep from getting this stuff. It's not like I planned to get a bacteria growing in my head for the fun of it..What does one do to be well?
I am just mad because I wanted to go and be a DEE DEE to those precious grandchildren of mine.That means giving them anything and everything they want and watching kiddie movies and eating popcorn and making cookies and strolling..I could go on. This is nothing compared to what others are suffering right now . Please continue to pray for my friends who are really sick and remember my girls in the loss of their grandmother.Back to the bed to listen to the rattle in my chest!!! I know..IT's crazy.There is no listing of this in the symptoms..Could he have misdiagnosed me? Loving all of you..Robin

Robin, So glad you had a wonderful weekend with all the crew! I knew they'd love the Hootie Hoot cupcakes! I hate that you have the crud... did he even listen to your chest? I hope you were able to get a good night sleep! I loved seeing you and Jeane Carol this weekend! What fun!!
Hi Robin, guess what? I've got it too! We got in from our trip late Friday night and by Sunday I was sick sick sick! I'm on antibiotic but still feel pretty bad. Take care of yourself. Your medicine should take care of that chest congestion too!
