Our JEANE is coming home for the peanut Festival

My Jeannie is coming home this weekend and I am so excited. As of date she is bringing home eight girls and four boys. A mixed group which consists of eight Chi Omegas and four Kappa Sigs. Now this is strange since Dee is a Sigma Chi and I am a Kappa Delta, but we can handle it!

I have been baking cookies and key lime cup cakes. We are having a steak dinner Saturday night complete with baked potatoes, salad, and rolls. Friday night is assorted dips and chips..They will be eating at the fair Friday night. Saturday they can have taco soup or go out to lunch and on Sunday we are going to the Country Club for the buffet. I also have a surprise for each guest. Lucy called and asked, was it true I had bought them all a gift and I said of course, Jeannie Girl is coming home and she is our baby and we are so excited. The crowd could get larger or smaller, with college students you just never know.

I have even splurged and bought an ice chest to sit on the patio for diet cokes, coke, and water. We have a big home so people can sleep everywhere. Dee and I just might go to a hotel and let them have the whole place...Just kidding...It was a lucid thought that has passed my mind more than once.

We can't wait until you get here with your friends.Be careful on the road. We can get out the cowbells and ring em real loud during the game this weekend. Does anyone know who they play this week? Just heard the Alabama game is going to start at 11:30 next weekend. We plan to go to Starkville for this game. Let's go MSU DAWGS! Loving all of you. Robin

So fun! I know you'll love every minute of it... please take lots of pictures! You may need to go back and decorate your fun treats with some owls! We'll be going to the Peanut sometime soon... the question is... are we brave enough to take both girls? We'll see!

NOBODY but you could be so excited about a house full of college kids!! I know you and Dee will enjoy it. It is great to be back at the river. I did not realize how beautiful the river is this time of year. Come see me and we will dring coffee on the porch. Don't forget about January in CO. The pics of the grands are so cute. I loved Mary Fuller's costume. Cute as a bug!
