Smocking and The Kids Sale

These were the two outfits I smocked on my trip to Colorado. A play suit for Brooks and an Easter dress with a cross on it for Mary Fuller. You can look up close for a better view. Both have been sent home with my sister for embellishment to be done...

The next few were outfits I purchased were major bargains at the Fairhope and Daphne Kids Sale. All are used clothing. Anne monogrammed the dresses for Mary Fuller and she appliqued the two outfits for Brooks on our trip. The girls and I are in the market for a Baby Lock monogram machine that will allow us to do this for ourselves. We Could call our business Three sisters and a Mom ! Let me know if anyone knows of one for sale.

Life has settled in and I am back home cleaning up after a really old dog and doing house stuff , grocery shopping, being on a strict diet, and all those other mundane chores of every day life. Too bad every day can't be like our Colorado vaca..Oh well,,,

Loving you all..Happy Sewing ..It was fun while it lasted !
