Me ! Doing Planting

I wish you could see me? !I am planting a few things on my patio and front steps ! This is not something I am comfortable with. Yes, it is not fun,and I know a lot of you out there love it. I just don't know what I am doing.

Do you think it could get a little more humid out there today? I hate this ..But,somebody has got to do it and you are looking at her. Why don't I like this kind of work? Is it because I am lazy or is it because it is hot and humid? Or is that I am out of my comfort zone? None the less, it will all die because I will not be here to water it. because you know,I am running around the universe trying to take care of the milk man where ever it is he is hanging his hat for the night.

I just had to share because those of you who really know me and cracking up about now..It is a sight to see.I hope my friend Becky, is tuned in from heaven cause she would not believe her eyes if she was here on this earth. She knew just how much I dislike this stuff.Pat, you also..Peek out your window..It is a crazy sight in the neighborhood.

My comfort zone spells Beach, scrapbooking, shopping, air conditioning, needlepointing, and smocking for my grand kids.

Loving you all from plant land.

Robin

You are too funny. This problem can be fixed. Most things for your steps and patio are in pots, I assume. Pot in the air conditioning (kitchen counters wash down fine and then sweep up.) If the snake can come in, bring some dirt too.
As for the manicure ... wipe your cuticles with Northcutt's One Minute Mani, scarp your anials over a bar of damp soap and use gloves.
Love to read your life.

All we do is work in this yard getting ready for June 21st! I love it though! On Sat the yard man was standing there telling me how to plant 6 flats of bedding plants!

I hate it, too. I'd love to join your next crop, though!

Aw! I bet they will look great when they start blooming! I am not much of a gardener either...but I do find it rather relaxing...in an earthy kind of way. Not that I DO it very much. I much prefer planting big pots with lots of different plants and letting them all grow together. Maybe we would like it better if the yard were air conditioned! We are delicate southern belles, after all! :)

I just read your snake story and just had to tell you that the other day, I walked out my bedroom door and a snake ran across my feet! Only my neighbors didn't hear my scream. I look cautiously when I'm outside now!
