A Good Weekend

The girls left on Saturday around 3. We enjoyed having them here so much. The babies were just the medicine we needed to make us stronger. We ate, laughed, loved and did lots of talking.

We are so blessed to have these young women who came in and took charge around here like they own the place. They are truly such fun to be around. They think I am the one who needs a caregiver.Sometimes, I get my words mixed up and they totaly go whack oh about it and say I need to be in the nursing home or somewhere. You would think I am 500, not in my fifties..I hope I am around to see them when they are calling their children each others names. It is pretty funny around here. We do not lack for laughter or drama. We tend to all jump in there with one or the other.

Even though we tended to Dee ,we made time for a little shopping. We went to the mall for awhile and then to Custom Stitches. We aren't together for long until Shopping comes up. It'a a genetic thing. We got it from my mama who was the ultimate shopper.

Thanks again girls for coming and bringing us some joy. We Love you and always long for you to come home for a visit.

There is no place like home..There is no place like home..

Dee is getting stronger with each day. He is doing his exercises and is making progress. It is going to be a slow process. We will go to physical therapy three times this next week. Thanks again for all your prayers.

Loving you all..

Sounds kinda like my house... we usually tease mom about having too much aspartame and tell her that all those Diet Cokes have made her lose her mind. She is always starting a story from the middle... assuming we know the first half! I'm sure I'll be there soon... if I'm not already! Glad Dee's better and glad you and your girls had a great weekend!!

Sorry I missed seeing the girls & babies as we just hit town in the AM. Love that beach pic on the condo porch at T'giving. Keep those memories coming.
Great to see you last night for a bit.
So happy Dee is improving
